This is a key leadership role, where you will oversee all recruitment activity across Algeco UK, managing a small team and driving high-volume hiring of over 300 roles per year. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business goals, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process while maintaining a 97 percent direct hire rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small recruitment team, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all hiring activities across the UK, working closely with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to support business growth and workforce planning.
- Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple locations, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
- Drive direct sourcing and executive search to reduce reliance on external agencies.
