PURPOSE
To be a key point of contact for inbound inquiries, utilising your exceptional communication and sales skills to convert leads into successful sales.
This is achieved by providing exceptional customer experiences, understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions using our vast fleet.
You play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth.

Algeco UK is the leader in modular accommodation not only in the UK but around the world.
We provide more buildings for hire than anyone else, including modular buildings for sale and rent, and off-site permanent buildings for sale for temporary, semi-permanent and permanent use.
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continue to improve knowledge and understanding of the range of stock and services we can provide.
- Handle inbound inquiries and cold leads promptly to customers' requests, queries or concerns.
- Engage with these potential clients, learning to identify their specific requirements as well as with present Algeco customers to ensure suggested solutions meets their needs.
- Effectively utilise CRM systems and sales tools/ trackers, manage pipelines and maintain accurate and informative records.
- Demonstrate a strong desire for sales success, proactively seeking self-improvement and actively participating in sales training and development programs.
- WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- You need to provide evidence or show you are working towards a proven track record of success in providing B2B customer service, outbound calls and outbound sales.
- Show your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
- Show strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving sales targets.
- Show you are self motivated and target orientated, with a competitive mindset and drive to succeed while still being able to work with a team to empower one another.
