The Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the business. This role is responsible for delivering accurate financial insights that drive decision-making, improve performance, and support strategic objectives. You will act as a trusted partner to operational teams, ensuring financial discipline while identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecast
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business strategy
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge performance
  • Analyse key financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases and investment appraisals
  • Ensure data integrity across financial systems and reporting tools
  • Support cost control initiatives and margin improvement activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting efficiency
  • Assist with year-end processes and audits where required

Required Skills
