Job Overview
To be a key point of contact for inbound inquiries, utilising your exceptional communication and sales skills to convert leads into successful sales.
This is achieved by providing exceptional customer experiences, understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions using our vast fleet.
You play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth.
Continue to improve knowledge and understanding of the range of stock and services we can provide.
Handle inbound inquiries and cold leads promptly to customers' requests, queries or concerns.
Engage with potential clients, learning to identify their specific requirements as well as with present Algeco customers to ensure suggested solutions meets their needs.
Effectively utilise CRM systems and sales tools/ trackers, manage pipelines and maintain accurate and informative records.
Demonstrate a strong desire for sales success, proactively seeking self‑improvement and actively participating in sales training and development programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.

- Demonstrate strong sales desire, continually seeking self‑improvement and participating in training.
Qualifications
- Provide evidence or demonstrate a proven track record of success in providing B2B customer service, outbound calls and outbound sales.
- Show exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
- Show strong negotiation and closing skills, focused on driving revenue and achieving sales targets.
- Be self‑motivated and target‑oriented, with a competitive mindset and drive to succeed, while able to work with a team to empower one another.
