The Sales Operations & Excellence Lead will advise and lead on initiatives that enable a more effective sales team; ensuring each sales strategy is backed by data-driven decision making, creating customer satisfaction and directly influencing revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Commercial Operations function to support planning, data accuracy, and sales execution.
- Oversee CRM governance and ensure reliable business intelligence across all commercial functions.
- Coordinate forecasting and planning across Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- Ensure compliance with Group commercial tools and reporting standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in commercial systems and processes.
- Responsible for VAPS sales enablement (e.g., targeted action plans, sales communications).
- Ensure the sales team has the right tools and training in place, to meet and exceed their objectives.
- Partner effectively and collaboratively cross-functionally, through S&I&O meetings, to ensure alignment to business goals and effective decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior sales role or CI role within a similar environment.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels, inside and outside the organization.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Degree in business or a related field.
