Algeco is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager who can plan, schedule, and execute production strategies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. As our Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for optimising workflows, enhancing productivity, and ensuring resources are effectively allocated. You’ll lead the production team to deliver high-quality products on time while fostering a positive team culture and driving operational excellence.

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring production staff, providing leadership and guidance to foster a positive and productive work environment. Some key responsibilities related to staff management include:

  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of production staff and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identifying resourcing requirements and following relevant processes to ensure recruitment needs meet.
