The Production and Fleet Planner is responsible for maintaining a single, forward-looking production and fleet plan across Advante’s four sites.
The role translates confirmed orders, Sales forecasts, stock condition, fleet availability and site capacity into an executable plan. Its purpose is to support Advante’s move from order-led production to forecast-led planning, maintain the fixed two-week customer lead time and increase ready-to-rent stock from 19% to 40%.
The Planner will balance production and stock across the network, make effective use of available site capacity and give Sales immediate, reliable visibility of unit availability.
The Planner owns and publishes the consolidated plan. The Production Manager remains responsible for managing their teams and delivering the agreed output at their respective sites.
