Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support Identity and Access Governance platform across enterprise.
  • Develop and support provisioning connectors using Identity Manager tools including gathering requirements and producing requirement and design documents.
  • Provide development support for custom developed security applications.
  • Support Directory Services.
  • Work with application teams to integrate applications with security infrastructure.
  • Participate in all the client communication for better understanding and support.

Requirements:

  • Involved in integrating different applications that need user information (user accounts and roles).
  • Some rotational L‑4 support but mainly into development and testing.
  • Experience integrating identity and access management (IAM) software with infrastructure and applications.
  • Custom developed security applications.
  • Develop and support security application platform using IAM technologies like NetIQ IM, IBM Tivoli IAM, Sun Identity IM, Oracle IAM or CA based IAM technologies.

Critical Skills:

  • Demonstrates programming aptitude and ability for logical and abstract thinking.
  • Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with business customers and technology development and support groups.
  • Ability to complete root‑cause analysis, design solutions, write code, perform testing, provide documentation, and implement small development projects or components of large projects.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems of simple-medium complexity.
  • Ability to manage projects using the organization’s project management methodology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a strong customer service/team oriented environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in computer science, information technology and computer related discipline or 3+ years IT work experience in an enterprise information technology infrastructure environment.
