- Has significant experience in school business, operations, administration or a comparable management role.
- Has experience of payroll administration and working alongside finance teams.
- Possesses strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Has a sound understanding of Health & Safety, compliance and risk management.
- Can lead and develop teams effectively.
- Is confident using management information systems and producing reports for senior leaders and governors.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
