About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and enjoys being on the tools. While you will be responsible for carrying out site surveys, coordinating installations, and communicating with customers, the primary focus of the role is the successful installation of premium outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and outdoor living products. You will lead installations from the front, working alongside colleagues and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Work on the tools daily, undertaking installation, assembly, fitting, and finishing work.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the installation process.
- Assist with site surveys and technical assessments.
- Verify measurements, access requirements, and site readiness.
- Ensure installations are completed to company quality standards and customer expectations.
- Resolve site issues and identify practical solutions when challenges arise, working with other trades as required.
- Complete final inspections, snagging, and customer handovers.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment on site.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience installing kitchens, pergolas, joinery, carpentry, construction, or outdoor living products.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working on site, leading projects, and delivering a premium customer experience. You will be equally comfortable carrying out a site survey, discussing installation details with a customer, coordinating a project, and then rolling up your sleeves to complete the installation yourself. Most importantly, you will take ownership of your work and lead by example, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest possible standard.
