What you’ll be doing as a Duty Manager We are now seeking a Duty Manager to enhance our team, and help us be the best at what we do. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the front of house team, be knowledgeable about all the products on offer in the bar and restaurant areas and be able to make recommendations and upsell. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day. With a passion for hospitality you will be able to supervise in a team focused environment. You will have the ability to give clear direction, delegate and adapt to change. You will also be extremely organised and have strong decision-making skills.
Your Pub Alfreds is a unique bar and dining experience. People can relax in the outside seating area, or enjoy signature cocktails alongside some cracking food. Alfreds has a casual laid back atmosphere, where customers can enjoy a spot of lunch, maybe a few drinks after work, or meeting friends in the evening.
