What you’ll be doing as Pub Chef?
Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Pub Chef, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always in a friendly and supportive environment. As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Kitchen Manager with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. You may have previous experience in a small but busy pub kitchen environment. You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.
