An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architect or Project Architect to join a well-established architectural practice with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, industrial, logistics, retail and commercial developments across the UK.

We're seeking a commercially minded design professional with strong job-running experience and a proven track record delivering large-scale projects across sectors including Residential, Retail, Industrial and Logistics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects through all RIBA stages from concept to completion
  • Managing client relationships and multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Producing and overseeing technical and construction information
  • Delivering high-profile commercial developments within a collaborative studio environment
  • Undertaking CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer responsibilities

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

  • ARB/RIBA Architect or MCIAT Chartered Technologist status
  • 8+ years' experience
  • Strong project-running and technical delivery experience
  • Excellent Revit capability
  • Experience acting as CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer
