An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architect or Project Architect to join a well-established architectural practice with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, industrial, logistics, retail and commercial developments across the UK.
We're seeking a commercially minded design professional with strong job-running experience and a proven track record delivering large-scale projects across sectors including Residential, Retail, Industrial and Logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects through all RIBA stages from concept to completion
- Managing client relationships and multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Producing and overseeing technical and construction information
- Delivering high-profile commercial developments within a collaborative studio environment
- Undertaking CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer responsibilities
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- ARB/RIBA Architect or MCIAT Chartered Technologist status
- 8+ years' experience
- Strong project-running and technical delivery experience
- Excellent Revit capability
- Experience acting as CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer
