We’re on the hunt for two Recruitment Consultants to join our growing crew! You’ll take charge of your own desk, helping top-tier talent find their dream roles across the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.

  • Sourcing, attracting, and engaging standout candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Library, and Indeed
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle — from first contact to offer negotiation
  • Conducting interviews and screening calls to uncover top talent
  • Promoting roles and your personal brand through social media and creative outreach

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' recruitment experience (ideally with 1+ years in the engineering, construction, or architecture space)
  • Tech-savvy and organised (MS Office, social tools, CRM systems)
