A well-established architectural practice is looking to appoint a Senior Architect to join their Guildford studio, working on a range of high-profile retail and retail banking projects for major blue-chip clients across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architect to take a leading role in the design and delivery of retail-focused projects within a collaborative and well-established practice.
We are keen to hear from:
- ARB/RIBA Chartered Architects
- Senior Architects with strong retail / fit-out experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ experience delivering retail or retail banking projects
- Strong fit-out and refurbishment experience
- Confident job-running capability across multiple project stages
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Experience preparing specifications and Scope of Works
- Excellent coordination and client communication skills
- AutoCAD proficiency (Revit essential)
