I'm currently working with a highly regarded multidisciplinary consultancy looking to appoint a Principal Maritime Engineer to join its growing Infrastructure Engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role on technically challenging ports, harbours, waterfront and coastal engineering projects, while helping to shape the future of a growing team.

The Role

✔ Lead the delivery of complex maritime engineering projects.

✔ Manage multidisciplinary design teams and client relationships.

✔ Mentor and develop Engineers and Graduates.

✔ Support business development and the continued growth of the Maritime team.

We're looking for

  • Chartered Engineer (or working towards Chartership).
  • Strong maritime or coastal engineering experience.
  • Proven project leadership and client management skills.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing others.
