The Role

We are looking to expand the Oxford team with an experienced Senior Architect. The ideal candidate will be design-led, confident in leading projects from concept to completion, and capable of delivering high-quality, sustainable architectural solutions. You will work across a range of sectors, collaborating with clients and multi‑disciplinary teams, contributing to projects that are both impactful and highly regarded.

What We’re Looking For

• ARB Registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ post‑qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
• Proven experience leading and delivering projects across healthcare, education, defence, conservation, residential, and commercial sectors
• Proficient in Revit and other design/documentation tools
• Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing
• Excellent design sensibility, balancing creativity with functionality
• Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and collaborate within multi‑disciplinary teams
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects effectively
