Hybrid – Based in Portishead, Bristol | £27,000 – £30,000 + Commission

The Role

You’ll take charge of your own desk, helping top-tier talent find their dream roles across the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. We’ll give you the tools, trust, and flexibility you need — you bring the drive, personality, and a hunger to grow.

✨ What You\’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing, attracting, and engaging standout candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Library, and Indeed
• Building strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle — from first contact to offer negotiation
• Developing new business opportunities and nurturing warm leads
• Conducting interviews and screening calls to uncover top talent
• Promoting roles and your personal brand through social media and creative outreach
• Contributing ideas, improving processes, and getting stuck into team goals

What We\’re Looking For

• ✅ 3+ years\’ recruitment experience (ideally with 1+ years in the engineering, construction, or architecture space)
• ✅ Previous sales or customer service experience (you’re confident, driven, and love making connections)
• ✅ Killer communication skills — written, verbal, and the all-important listening
• ✅ Creativity, resilience, and the confidence to make things happen
• ✅ Target-focused but people-first — you care about making the right match
• ✅ Tech-savvy and organised (MS Office, social tools, CRM systems)
