Project Manager (Engineering Consultancy)

Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits
A leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, having an office based in Cardiff, are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join their award-winning team on a permanent basis.
They work on a diverse mix of infrastructure and building projects and their portfolio is ever expanding, so there are lots of long-term opportunities to progress.
You should already have experience of programme development, procurement advice and procurement management, project reporting, change control, budget development, cost control, contract administration and risk management. Ideally you will also be qualified (RICS/ or equivalent).

Responsibilities of this Project Manager include:
- Infrastructure, civil engineering and project management experience, delivering complex projects
- Working for a mix of public and private sector clients
- Experience of working as part of integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams
- Pre-construction experience (i.e. design management, tendering, procurement, estimating, consenting)
- Contract Administration experience (for example, practitioner of the NEC contract as a NEC PM)
- Ideally chartered with APM or RICS as a Project Manager
- Ideally has contract experience (i.e. JCT and/or NEC)
- You will be front and centre in managing successful delivery for their projects
- Collaborate with colleagues, contractors and clients to understand both the commercial, operational performance and implications of designs and procurement strategies
