I'm working with an established architectural practice in Northampton looking to appoint an experienced Architect with the potential to progress into a senior leadership position.
This is more than a traditional architectural role. For the right person, there is an opportunity to take on greater responsibility, contribute to the wider management and future direction of the practice, and potentially benefit from an equity share in the business.
The practice is open-minded about seniority, with salary reflecting experience and the level of responsibility the successful candidate can bring.
What are they looking for?
- An experienced Architect with strong technical and project delivery capabilities.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills are essential. Revit experience is not a priority.
- Education sector experience would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
- An interest in, or experience of, the wider business side of architecture, including team management, HR, staff development or practice operations.
- Someone commercially aware, proactive and comfortable taking on greater responsibility.
- The ambition to progress towards Associate, Associate Director or a broader practice leadership role.
