Alfred Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established, design-led architectural practice in their search for a talented Architect to join their Birmingham studio. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded Architect to take on a key project-running role, leading schemes from concept through to completion while working closely with senior leadership.
The Role
- Running projects across all RIBA stages, with a strong focus on delivery
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Coordinating design teams and chairing meetings
- Leading on-site activity including contract administration and reporting
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to design development and technical detailing
About You
- ARB-registered Architect (RIBA Parts 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a job-running / Project Architect role
- Strong knowledge of RIBA work stages and UK construction processes
- Confident in client-facing situations and leading teams
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
