Senior Architect | Revit / Technical Delivery Location: Job Type: Permanent An established and highly respected UK architectural and design practice is looking to strengthen its teams in Birmingham and Oxford with experienced Senior Architects. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Architect who enjoys working on complex projects and wants to join a collaborative practice with an established reputation across the built environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a varied project portfolio, with particular relevance to commercial, industrial, logistics, retail and mixed-use schemes. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants and wider design teams to develop and deliver high-quality architectural solutions. Lead and contribute to projects through RIBA Stages 3–5 Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams Coordinate architectural information within multidisciplinary project teams Help ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and required quality standards Utilise Revit and BIM as a key part of project delivery Strong post-qualification experience at Senior Architect / Project Architect level Excellent Revit skills and a strong understanding of BIM Proven experience delivering projects through the technical stages Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standards Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams Ideally, experience across commercial, industrial, logistics, retail or mixed-use projects Varied and technically challenging project portfolio Strong emphasis on Revit, BIM and technical delivery Opportunity to work on significant UK projects Genuine opportunity for career progression If you're an experienced Architect with strong Revit and technical delivery experience, I'd be very happy to have a confidential conversation and provide further details about the practice and opportunity.
