Due to sustained growth, the business is seeking to strengthen its engineering team with high‑calibre professionals at Principal, Senior, and Project Engineer level. Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with clients to help define project requirements, influence technical outcomes, and present engineering solutions
- Working collaboratively with multi‑disciplinary design teams to develop protective and resilience‑led design strategies
- Delivering retained and novated design duties on design‑and‑build projects, including outline and detailed performance specifications, compliance monitoring, and site attendance
- Supporting contractors across multiple tiers to ensure construction activities comply with project specifications
- Collaborating with manufacturers to assist in the design and development of new products
- Managing project workloads to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high technical standard
