They have become very well known over the years for the incredible projects they work on in London and overseas. Their specialty has been across residential, commercial & mixed-use projects, with a mixture of smaller unique residential buildings and large high value developments in Bournemouth.
As such they are eager to bring on a new Senior Civil Engineer with a strong knowledge across Drainage design schemes and Flood Risk.
- Help lead a team of civil engineers in producing a range of engineering solutions across residential, commercial & mixed-use developments.
- Take the lead on a wide range of projects ranging from unique single dwellings to high value new builds in Bournemouth and across the UK.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, calculations, and specifications at all stages of design and construction process.
- Project Management activities from liaising with clients and various stakeholders within the project lifecycle, attending project meetings, attending site visits and inspections.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Civil Engineer.
- Strong Drainage Design experience – including SUDS development for Urban sites.
- Strong Flood Risk Assessment experience across all zones.
- Ability to Project Manage – working with a range of stakeholders & clients.
