About the Practice:

Our client is a well-established and respected multi-disciplinary chartered practice, renowned for its comprehensive understanding of the intricate planning process. Its in-house team of planners, architects, and landscape architects work in unison to deliver a fully integrated approach to development, guiding projects seamlessly from concept to completion. The Practice has a strong track record of securing planning permissions for even the most challenging sites, and their nationwide portfolio includes a diverse range of projects. These span, but are not limited to, high-end residential developments, commercial and tourism schemes, luxury coastal properties, bespoke homes, and renewable energy developments.

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally have a planning degree or qualification
  • Have 1+ years’ experience in a town planning role
  • Be working towards, or willing to work towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI
  • Have experience in client facing work
  • Be a critical thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be organised, flexible, proactive and professional and commercially minded
  • Be enthusiastic about working collaboratively with other professionals within the business
