We are on the lookout for skilled makers to join our workshop team. This would be a full-time role, based in our Sussex workshop.
The Job
We are hoping to find people who can work to a high standard, from drawings in a friendly and professional environment. Projects include high end fitted joinery and one-off bespoke, freestanding furniture as well as a range of standardised furniture.
Ideal candidate:
- At least 4 years experience in joinery / cabinet making.
- Experience making bespoke furniture with solid wood.
- Extremely competent with woodworking machinery / hand tools / power tools.
- Excellent understanding of technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Installation and fitting skills are useful but not essential.
- Self-motivated, organised, tidy and works well as part of a friendly team.
Details:
- Full-time (Part-time applications would be considered, if necessary).
- 08:00 – 17:00 – Monday – Friday.
- Location: BN26 6GT.
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.
