Responsibilities
- Own and drive the success of selected product ranges by implementing effective marketing plans to optimize revenue and margin growth.
- Develop and execute category plans encompassing range strategy, pricing, promotions, and market analysis.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Champion Kärcher products in the UK, acting as the key expert for internal teams and international stakeholders.
- Analyse performance and competitor insights to provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, proactively identifying opportunities to improve or simplify portfolios for maximum profitability.
Desired qualifications
- Product and Marketing experience within a fast-moving business environment.
- A-Level or equivalent education, including GCSE English and Maths.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a structured, driven, and adaptable personal approach.
- A degree in Marketing or Business and technical knowledge of cleaning machines and competitors desirable.
