Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Dundonald, UK. In this client-facing role, your primary responsibility will be to organise and manage AHKES solid fuel laboratory related appointments while ensuring a professional level of service is consistently maintained and exceeded. You will also be responsible for meeting client expectations through the accurate and timely reporting of results and operations and liaising closely with relevant stakeholders. Beyond the day-to-day coordination, you will actively identify methods to standardise, streamline and improve our service levels.
