Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join our team in Dundonald, UK. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Alfred H Knight Energy Services division to ensure operational excellence and delivery of key project initiatives.

You will be responsible for a number of tasks including:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Arranging transportation of samples and goods
  • Invoicing and purchasing if required
  • Supporting sample reception
  • Liaising with internal/external service providers and third parties

Required Knowledge and Work Experience:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Be flexible and willing to work alongside the business requirements/needs

  • Capacity to multi-task multiple initiatives and work well under pressure
Required Work Experience:
  • 1 year’s experience within an administrative role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
Required Qualifications:
  • Educated to HNC level is desirable, but not essential
