Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for an Assay Records Administrator to join our team here in Liverpool, UK. The department aims to provide the Company’s customer base with prompt, accurate and timely information relating to analysis and dispatch requests. With a keen focus on customer service, the department seeks to ensure the client receives proactive guidance and information that facilitates their commercial transaction via the prompt processing of samples for either analysis or dispatch and the reporting of accurate results.
The end-to-end process involves the quotation of services, acknowledgement of appointment, facilitating internal communication with other departments and external communication with AHK’s clients to ensure the most appropriate services are provided.
