Supporting the running of the Dunhill Humidor and Ready to Wear (RTW) business at the Bourdon House flagship store. Maximizing sales and profitability across all product lines whilst ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless operations. This includes cultivating strong relationships with key clients and industry partners, in accordance with the brand codes.
Sales & Client Management: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on cigar selection and humidor maintenance. Drive sales across all product lines, including the RTW aspect of the business, attracting new clients and developing existing relationships. Follow a forward-thinking approach to achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and VIC clients, ensuring high levels of CRM activity and building long-lasting relationships. Manage client enquiries and complaints effectively and professionally. Handle exchanges and special requests with professionalism.
Inventory & Operations: Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock rotation and minimizing waste. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and sales data. Ensure excellent quality standards through proper storage and maintenance of cigars, ensuring optimal humidity and temperature levels. Implement and maintain robust stock control procedures.
Administration and Security: Follow all systems and procedures in accordance with company's policies. Ensure all forms and procedures are used correctly, following through to completion. Know how to use tagging and other security systems.
Marketing & Events: Participate in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions. Collaborate in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote the Humidor and its offerings. Maintain a high level of brand awareness and consistency within the Humidor department.
Experience: Experience in a luxury goods retail environment. Proven experience managing stock in a high-value environment. Experience with CRM systems. Experience in a similar role within the cigar industry. Thorough understanding of cigar care and maintenance. Extensive knowledge of premium cigar brands. Proficiency in using Inventory Management Software. Experience with POS systems. Knowledge of event planning and execution. Experience with wine or spirits sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals. Professional demeanor. Strong organizational and time management skills. Passion for the Dunhill brand. Experience working with international clientele.
