How will you make an impact? As a barber, you will provide high-standard hair cutting, styling, and wet shaves for luxury clients, ensuring personal, discreet, and confidential service while adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Sales management & operation excellence: Set, monitor, and develop sales KPIs to meet targets. Promote barber services and exceed client expectations, encouraging cross-selling of retail products. Align services with luxury industry standards and seek opportunities to enhance the full store experience. Perform administrative duties efficiently within required timelines.
  • Clientelling: Build strong relationships and brand loyalty with clients, fostering repeat business. Analyze customer responses and continually improve services. Network with neighboring businesses to drive external traffic. Organize events to retain clients and attract new business.
  • Team Leading: Lead, coach, and develop the barber team to achieve performance standards and grow the business. Set objectives, support recruitment, and develop team trust and loyalty. Additional duties may be assigned as per your skills and company needs.

  • Education & Qualifications: Up to A-Level or equivalent (preferred), Qualification in barbering (preferred).
  • Experience: Extensive experience in a luxury barber/salon environment, Understanding of the luxury market and high-end services, Experience with cash handling, high-profile clients, target-driven sales, and building a regular clientele.
  • Personal Skills: Professionalism, excellent communication, grooming, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus, Proven sales and customer service track record.
