The Role:
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. As an Administration Apprentice, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside industry professionals. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our London office. We will also support you through a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification.
In this role you’ll build strong foundations in administration – developing essential skills in organisation, communication, and service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handling phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Supporting the contracts managers in contacting customers, managing schedules and organising events.
- Gaining hands-on experience with various office software and systems.
What We're Looking For:
We're on the lookout for a dedicated individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in administration. The ideal candidate will:
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Have a level 4 or equivalent in GCSE Maths & English.
Salary: £17,000 - £21,000pa - Rising to the Real Living Wage following completion of your apprenticeship.
