Job Role: Accountant

Sector: Accounting & Public Practice

Contract Type: Permanent, Contract

Hours: Full-time (10am-6pm).

Salary range: £35,000 – £38,500 (pro-rata)

We are an independent firm of Chartered Certified Accountants specialising in the accountancy and tax matters of (primarily) owner-managed business

We are looking for an Accountants to expand our growing team before the busy period.

This would typically suit an individual who enjoys Accounts and Tax work, wiling to learn, and is looking for long-term career progression.

Your tasks will include accounts preparation for a range of different clients (sole traders, LLPs, Ltds, etc.) over a variety of different sectors of business. You will also be expected to prepare and complete Tax Returns for individuals, contact and correspond with HMRC and with your client portfolio

Although familiarity with accountancy software is advantageous, it is not essential for use as training will be provided on the job.

MS Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook) are imperative
