Our client is a Legal 500 market leader, who has won multiple awards. With several offices across East Kent, they are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor at Associate level.

About the Role

They are interested in seeing the CVs of Solicitors with c.5+ years' relevant experience in managing their own busy caseload of residential property transactions in a fast-paced environment. You will handle a range of matters, including but not limited to:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold and leasehold
  • Re-mortgaging
  • Right to buy
  • Transfer of equity

Some of these matters will be complex. This is an excellent opportunity to take a step up and lead a thriving team with a sterling reputation. You will need to have a client-friendly manner, proactive approach, be hardworking and inspirational.
