  • File opening
  • Transactional work and post completion matters
  • Registration of security at Companies House and the Land Registry
  • Preparing bibles of documents
  • Dealing with deeds sale/purchase on completion, including deeds schedule
  • SDLT return review
  • Dealing with file closures
  • Preparing and lodging AP1/FR1 applications at the Land Registry

Candidate Requirements:

  • Paralegals or Legal Secretaries with a solid background in property transactions and experience are preferred.
  • A long‑term career focus is desired.
