Overview
Property Solicitor – Our client is a well-established and growing law firm based in Southwest London. They are seeking an experienced property solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join their practice and play a pivotal role in its future direction.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded solicitor looking to step into a senior role with a clear and structured succession plan to take over from the retiring Senior Partner. You will manage a broad mixed property caseload of commercial and residential matters, working closely with long-standing clients while developing new business opportunities. You will work alongside the Senior Partner on day-to-day management and strategic decision-making, with increasing leadership and management responsibility over time as part of a planned succession.
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CVs of Solicitors with 5 years PQE and with a strong technical background across both commercial and residential property matters. You will demonstrate sound commercial judgment, the ability to manage matters independently, and be a confident and personable communicator with excellent client-facing skills and leadership.
