The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of commercial property development matters, acting for developers, landowners and investors. The role involves managing development transactions from inception through to completion, including drafting and negotiating development documentation, advising on Promotion and Option Agreements, and negotiating Section 106 Agreements.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years PQE with strong commercial property and development experience. You will be commercially minded, capable of managing matters independently, and able to communicate effectively while working collaboratively within a team.
