Our client, a medium-sized and highly regarded legal practice with offices across Kent, is seeking a Family Lawyer to join their award-winning team due to expansion.

About the Role

This is a very busy family department that advises and assists clients on a range of matters. They are looking for an individual with experience in:

  • Divorces
  • Finances
  • Children matters
  • Cohabitation agreements
  • Pre/post nuptial agreements
  • Domestic abuse and domestic violence injunctions
  • TOLATA claims

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-4 years relevant experience of managing a busy and complex family caseload. You will need to be highly organised, have strong IT skills, and an excellent client-facing manner.
