The predicted salary is between 65000 - 75000 £ per year.
This is a key role within the firm, offering the opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality caseload while playing a strategic role in the continued development of the department. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of civil litigation disputes, including employment matters, contractual disputes, debt recovery, insolvency & bankruptcy, landlord & tenant and property disputes. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, together with scope for leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior fee earners, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in civil litigation. They will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong technical ability combined with sound commercial judgement, and a proven track record of managing cases independently from instruction through to resolution.
