Our client, a leading Chambers ranked and Legal 500 law firm, is now seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ -2 years PQE) to join the firm during an exciting period of growth.

About the Role

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload, acting for a wide range of clients including small and medium sized businesses, large corporates and PLCs, charities, and public‑sector bodies including NHS organisations. The caseload will include property development, sales and purchases of investment properties including freeholds and leaseholds, grant and taking of leases, general management work and some corporate support work, while also providing scope to explore sectors of personal interest.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will deliver clear, commercially focused advice, build strong client relationships, and play an active role in business development and team collaboration. They should have strong academics, excellent drafting and communication skills, and solid experience in general commercial property work.
