Our client is a well-regarded, multi-office regional firm dating back over 100 years with a strong reputation for providing high-quality, practical legal advice to individuals and businesses. They are now seeking a further Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their team at their Sussex offices.
About the Role
You will join a well-established and knowledgeable litigation team of five, supported by a strong and collaborative support network. The role offers the opportunity to manage a broad and varied civil litigation caseload, while also playing a strategic role in the ongoing development and growth of the department. The work will include contractual disputes, landlord and tenant matters, contentious probate, boundary disputes, debt recovery, and insolvency.
Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years PQE with solid experience in civil litigation.
- Proven ability to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills.
- Confident and effective communicator with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines while working collaboratively as part of a team.
