A well-established, multi-office firm with an excellent reputation across Sussex and the Southeast is seeking an additional Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team.
About the Role
Due to continued success, this highly regarded dispute resolution team are now looking for a Solicitor with between 4-8 years’ experience to take on a busy and high-quality caseload. You will need significant experience in advising on a range of business disputes, including the sale of goods and services, breach of contract, debt recovery, business ownership and partnership disputes, regulatory cases and some intellectual property work.
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CVs of candidates with at least 4 years relevant experience and a solid track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. You will need to be able to work well with other departments to increase cross referral instructions and have a willingness to invest in and oversee junior members of the team.
