Property Lawyer – Our clients are a well-established firm in Clerkenwell, known for delivering outstanding results across a wide range of practice areas. They are currently looking for a Property Lawyer with diverse experience in both residential and commercial property.

About the Role

They have asked us to find them a 3pqe+ lawyer, either Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in handling a mix of commercial and residential property. You will be managing a busy caseload of acquisitions and disposals, commercial lease renewals, property for investment, advising on development, landlord & tenant matters, mortgages and remortgages, and licensing applications and appeals, as well as the purchase and sale of residential freehold and leasehold properties.

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for a competent individual with a solid background in commercial and residential matters, gained from a City or similar sized practice. You will need to be diligent with attention to detail, organised, and able to use initiative.
