Legal Cashier – This multi disciplined, award winning Holborn practice has asked us to find them a further Legal Cashier to join their busy accounts team.

About the Role
You will be joining a team of 4 Legal Cashiers and a Finance Manager, which is overseen by the Chief Finance and Operations Officer. You will be maintaining office and client ledgers, ensuring the organisation's bank accounts and cash books match up by performing daily bank reconciliations, updating Cash Book receipts, processing transactions, producing and reviewing daily reports on the financial status of the organisation, chasing overdue payments, processing of Credit card payments of outstanding invoices and dealing with general finance queries and other ad hoc duties.

Candidate Requirements
You will ideally have a qualification from the Institute of Legal Cashiers and Administrators (ILCA) or a qualification obtained from the Institute of Legal Finance & Management. They are looking for an individual with at least 2 years experience, who can work under their own initiative and has up to date knowledge of solicitor’s accounts rules. You will need excellent organisational skills, a friendly and co-operative attitude and be able to deal with a fast-paced environment.
