Corporate Commercial Solicitor – Our client, a large, top tier practice with several offices in the south, is now looking for a dynamic Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their Corporate department at their London offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and fast-developing Legal 500 law firm.
About the Role
Joining this highly regarded and specialist team, led by an industry recognized Chambers ranked individual, you will be covering a variety of matters, working with a diverse client base. The team advises on a full range of corporate and commercial work including:
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Corporate advisory
- Shareholders’ Agreements and Articles of Association
- Partnerships and LLPs
- Share incentive schemes
- Joint Ventures
- Banking and Finance
- Commercial Contracts
- Intellectual Property and Information Technology
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE in a similar sized UK City or regional practice, coupled with an energetic attitude and enthusiasm. A proven track record in business development and the ability to drive growth are essential. You must be self-sufficient, able to work to tight deadlines, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills. Expertise ideally in IP/IT, banking and finance, and/or other areas of commercial law is advantageous.
