About the Role

You will be joining a highly experienced corporate & commercial team with a strong reputation. They are looking for someone capable of running M&A transactions independently, both on sale and acquisition; dealing with all types of structures, good general corporate experience in undertaking corporate reorganisations; drafting bespoke shareholder agreements; articles of association and advising on corporate governance issues, along with intellectual property matters, commercial contracts and data protection.

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for candidates with at least 5 years PQE and who boast experience of working on complex matters for high-net worth clients. You must be able to think commercially and strategically, have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
