Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm with an outstanding reputation for excellence, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Partner, or a Senior Associate with the credentials and ambition to step into partnership and to lead their established and collaborative team in Surrey.

The Role

This strategic appointment will see you advising a diverse client base, including growing businesses, investors, lenders, corporate occupiers, and tenants of retail, office, and industrial premises. You will manage a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations and renewals, assignments, property investment transactions, and finance arrangements. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a wide array of legal documentation such as contracts for sale, transfers, leases, agreements for lease, licences, guarantees, and legal charges.

Candidate Profile

The firm welcomes applications from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE and a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services. This is a pivotal role within the firm, offering the opportunity to influence the future direction of the team while managing a varied and sophisticated caseload. You will be expected to uphold the highest professional standards and provide clients with an efficient and effective service.
