Private Client NQ – This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, but highly regarded Surrey practice. The private Client department has a strong reputation for excellence, advising a diverse range of clients on all aspects of wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and estate administration. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their respected team.

About the Role
You will work closely with all members of the team, becoming an integral part of the department while gaining exposure to a diverse range of matters, including drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney, advising on estate and IHT planning, administering estates and trusts, and assisting with elderly client matters and CoP work. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and build a rewarding career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Candidate Requirements
You will ideally be a NQ Solicitor (0–2 years\’ PQE) who has completed a seat in Private Client and can demonstrate strong communication skills along with excellent attention to detail. You should be personable, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client care, with a genuine enthusiasm for developing your expertise and taking on responsibility within a growing department. A STEP qualification, or an interest in pursuing one, would be advantageous but is not essential.
