Our clients are a well-established City law firm with a strong reputation in real estate, litigation, and commercial work. They are seeking a diligent and organised Post Completions Assistant to join their busy and supportive Property team.

You will be joining a highly regarded residential property team, assisting on a variety of matters. This will include file opening, transactional work and post completion matters. This will include registration of security at Companies House and the Land Registry, preparing bibles of documents, dealing with deeds sale/purchase on completion including deeds schedule, SDLT return for review, dealing with file closures, and preparing and lodging AP1/FR1 applications at the Land Registry.

Candidate Requirements

They are interested in seeing the CVs of Paralegals or Legal Secretaries with a solid background in property transactions. They are looking for an experienced individual who is looking to make a long-term career in this position.
